This 2 CPU are one of the high end list on the internet today.

TDP is the Power Comsumption of each CPU AMD 125w and Intel 95w

intel have lover TDP but Intel have lower TDP , so the lower TDP have higher life span

The AMD have 8 cores yet the Intel have 4 cores so the higher cores are more faster than the lower cores.

They have same 8 Cache.

The price is more important to days 2015, Lower cost is always been in the eye of the buyers, they will only buy

the lower price and average performance yet the other is on the higher Performance but higher cost.

My Overview in the AMD and Intel are!!

they are high end CPU and have high spect
AMD high TDP and Intel low TDP
AMD CPU is more on the higher Multi task process, but higher power cost.
high chance of Overheating CPU but low budget cost
Intel is more in the Buisness type, same as AMD but cant process many files like AMD.
lower power cost higher stabitity and lower chance to overheating CPU not like AMD
low badget cost
