Continuity test ( AC )  using Analog and Digital Multimeter

1. Analog Multimeter:
                                     

 

2. Digital Multimeter: 
                                     

 



4. Test Probes:
                       

                      

Steps:

            1st put your (Selector Nob) of your multimeter 

                  on the (AC) range, (220) is the the Philippines household electrical

           2nd black probe is your (---) negative 

                 red probe is your (+++) positive.

           3rd put each probe on each holes of the AC outlet

          4th if the (Pin) on your multimeter is moving then 

                the red is the (Live) connection and the black is on the 

                (Neutral) connection if not try switching each side
